In conclusion, there is high positivity for most factors and techniques put forward in the questionnaire and that contract management greatly affects service delivery therefore ministry of trade should ensure provision of all the necessary resources and just in time strategies for effective service delivery The researcher suggested some recommendation that included; there is more effort to be put in improving contract management in the Ministry so as to ensure effective service delivery. Bureaucratic tendencies in ministry operations needs to be reduced, Further more, equal efforts need to be made on the other techniques for improving service delivery because contract management alone cannot ensure efficient service delivery in the ministry.
